Unrefined cane sugars which we offer are made from the cane juice by a natural process. Mauritius Special Sugars are produced without the use chemicals, additives, synthetic colors, preservative agents or artificial flavors
The production of Mauritius sugars adopt HACCP procedures and undergoes a process of Quality Assurance to render the product fit for human consumption. The packaging materials used to pack Mauritius Sugars are sourced from suppliers which adhere to ethical standards as well as  having a food safety management system approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative.  Our products meet all the European requirements and we provide EURO1 certificate to allow duty free access to the EU market.
